CSD 632: Application of the Science of Dialogic Design towards Social Change

The course will be based on the Domain of Science Modes (DOSM) and will focus on the Applications Domain after an appreciation of the Foundation, Theory, and Methodology Domains.

In the practical phases of this course, the students will experience the application of the co-Laboratory of democracy approach in the classroom setting with a variety of cases both in theory and in a laboratory formulation. They will be engaged in all phases, starting from the formulation of the Triggering Questions, the Clarification and Classification phases as well as the construction of influence maps and scenarios of action. They will also be engaged in analyzing and discussing case studies from both the public and private arenas of applications.
