Principles of course delivery

1. Both programs are based on the same 16 courses
2. For the Masters Degree, a student will be required to take 4 Mandatory and 1 elective course.
3. Depending on the choice of the elective the student will receive one of the four sub-specializations as his/her area of emphasis.
4. For the PhD Degree, a student will also be required to take 5 Mandatory (i.e., one additional choosing one from the 4 italicized; see below) and 2 elective courses.
5. Depending on the choice of the additional Mandatory (out of the pool of 4 domains; italicized), the student will receive one of the four sub-specializations as his/her area of emphasis.
